Evelyn Li serves as the Administration and Compliance Coordinator for the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. barley, corn, sorghum and related products worldwide.
In this capacity, Evelyn coordinates all day-to-day office operations, ensures program compliance with government regulations, and monitors and reports on programs for the Country Director. She also works closely with the accountant track program expenditures and maintain internal compliance.
Before joining the council, Evelyn worked as a legal team assistant for a leading global law firm in China handling legal documents related to corporate mergers, public listings, and prospectuses.
Evelyn graduated from Hult International Business School (Boston, USA), earning a master’s in International Marketing.
