Hotel Reservations

Make reservations online or by calling the hotel’s reservations department at +1 414-271-7250 and mentioning the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council meeting to receive the discounted rate.

The reservations deadline is Monday, June 22, 2026. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-available basis. The Council has negotiated a room rate of $244 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus a 17.9 percent tax. Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m.
