Denise Soria joined the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council (USGBC) this week as its new logistics and program manager based in its Mexico City, Mexico office.
Before joining the Council, Denise spent more than 15 years supporting market development programs, international cooperation initiatives and embassy-led operations. She has a strong background in program logistics, donor compliance, budget tracking and delegation management.
“Denise comes to us with a strong background in international cooperation experience, including five years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service (USDA’s FAS), that will help her make an immediate impact for the Council’s team in Mexico,” said Estefanía Perez, USGBC deputy director in Mexico.
Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in administration and international business from Universidad Panamericana and a master’s degree in Latin America-European Union international economic relations and cooperation from Universidad de Guadalajara.
