M’sallem Reaches 15 Years Of Service

U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council (USGBC) Finance and Administration Manager Rgaya M’sallem was recognized for her 15 years of service to the organization during its 23rd International Marketing Conference and 66th Annual Membership Meeting in Panama City, Panama last month.

M’sallem is based in the Council’s regional office for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in Tunis, Tunisia. She was hired in 2010 by USGBC Vice President Cary Sifferath, who led the office at that time.

“Over the past 15 years, I’ve seen significant growth in both the scope and sophistication of our programs. Financial and reporting systems have evolved, processes have become more streamlined and data-driven and collaboration between regional offices and headquarters has strengthened,” M’sallem said.

“The Council has continued to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining strong accountability and operational standards.”

M’sallem said she was drawn to the Council for its reputation as a professional organization and its work in international environments, and she always feels rewarded when her efforts contribute to successful engagements between USGBC members and partners in the region.

“I often say the Council plays a vital role in promoting U.S. grains while supporting food security, market development and sustainable agricultural practices worldwide. Strong financial and operational management ensures these programs are effective and credible, benefiting U.S. producers as well as customers and economies across our region,” M’sallem said.

“I’m grateful for the trust and collaboration I’ve experienced over the years, both within the EMEA team and with colleagues at headquarters. It’s been a privilege to grow with the organization, and I look forward to continuing to support the Council’s mission in the years ahead.”

Please join the Council to congratulate Rgaya on her 15 years of service!
